the apartment size was surprisingly good with a kitchen, a bedroom, a living room and a bathroom. daily cleaning kept everything tidy. the location is lovely with paddington station only about a five minute walk away. i found it very good value.
the water pressure in the room was poor. it took a long time to wash properly.

The location was convenient, a short walk to Paddington station. The staff were very friendly and helpful, assisting with all our needs. Our apartment had a well-equipped kitchen, including a washing machine. Luggage storage was available, which proved very convenient for early arrivals and late departures.
The wifi signal in the room was inconsistent at times.

While there was no restaurant on-site, many food choices are close to the premises. Several shops offer options for a quick bite, located just around the corner. The room includes tea and coffee sachets and also some milk.

The hotel provides luggage storage. It is very convenient, especially with the proximity to Paddington (easy for airport transfers). A washing machine is included in the room. There is no gym. nearby Hyde Park provides green space.

Our apartment was clean and spacious (surprisingly so!). A kitchen, a bedroom, a living room and a bathroom were included. The shower was nice and big, and plenty of hot water was available. The room was cleaned daily.

Any staff we met were friendly. The front desk answered our questions and were helpful. They even gave us sugar packets for our tea. Daily cleaning service tidied up the sheets, removed the trash and replaced towels (i appreciate this!).

The location was INCREDIBLY convenient. I walked to Paddington Station in mere minutes. This provided SUPER easy access to Heathrow and other attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and provided useful tips.
The lighting in the lounge was a bit dim. It made reading in the evening a little difficult.
